My Musso Stella is noisy and the churn stops occasionally
If your Musso Stella ice cream maker is making noise and the churn doesn't rotate smoothly. Perhaps the churn stops occasionally.
What is the cause? Most likely, the large white gear is damaged. Perhaps teeth are missing from this gear.
How does this happen? This usually occurs due to overloading the machine. Always use the timer and always stay with the machine when making ice cream. Never make ice cream thicker than "applesauce thickness".
After that, scoop the ice cream out of the machine, put it in a container, and place it in the freezer to firm up.
